Rental Agreement

In any case your reservation will push through. make sure you have read and understood our rental agreement as stated below.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • The equipment/s are rented on a first come, first served basis.
  • Delivery and set up is free within the cities of Cebu and Mandaue. Appropriate fees will be charged for events located outside the mentioned cities.
  • The Lessee must check the equipment/s carefully and thoroughly.
  • The Lessee takes full responsibility of the equipment/s, including all peripherals, during the time of the rental period until it is returned to our staff. If the equipment is damaged, broken, or otherwise harmed, the Lessee agrees to pay for the damage as assessed by KM's Laptop and Projector Rentals. If stolen or not returned, The Lessee agrees to pay for the equipment/s at its current market list price.
  • The Lessee may not remove or cover over any serial numbers, tags, nameplates, or identifying logos on the equipments.
  • FEES: Rental fees will be assessed beginning at the time the event starts and end at the time of payment.
  • KM's Laptop and Projector Rentals will require payment in full by cash or cheque before event starts.
  • The Lessee will be charged an extra fee based on current rentals rates if he/she fails to return the equipment/s on agreed time.
  • Cancellation of rental must be done at least 3 Days before each event date. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing OR verbally with the Account Manager.
